Honey Bear Financials provides remote bookkeeping services for small businesses, including monthly bookkeeping, quarterly bookkeeping, comprehensive bookkeeping, bookkeeping cleanup, QuickBooks setup and training, and related financial services. We are not a CPA firm and do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, or audit services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Our bookkeeping services begin only after a consultation and mutual agreement on scope and pricing. Submitting a contact form or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party.
All bookkeeping plans are month-to-month unless you opt for an annual plan. You may cancel or change your plan at any time. No long-term contracts are required.
All pricing is flat-rate and communicated upfront before any work begins. We do not bill by the hour. One-time setup fees, monthly plan fees, and cleanup project fees are quoted and agreed upon before services start.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing clients before taking effect.
